The 5 Stages of Grief

This episode is with intention for all of us during the holiday 🎄season. I was compelled to share a channeling I received a couple of days ago dealing with loss, grief and trauma during the 🎄holidays. The medical term for this time of year is called S.A.D. Therefore, December is known as “Seasonal Affective Depression.” That said, each of us have been directly impacted by some type of loss since Covid 2020. Every area of life3.0 (public, private, & life) has been triggered by tragedy like a divorce, broken relationships, death of love one, lost of home and country, mass shootings, and even catastrophe climate change. I am no different I too have experienced great loss in recent years. So, in this episode I’ll share my own stories, spiritual tips and tools 🧰 about stages of grief, and uplifting words of encouragement. And help those “rise up” through the darkest tunnel, and fly into the 🔥of the phoenix back within the “Light.”

Generation Now. here’s the pt 4, and the last part of this episode series “Everyone Wants to Rule the World.” Listening to this part will focus on the 21st century importance of the era of the soul, called the Soul Light Era.” Therefore, requires certain steps and sub-steps for balancing the “Lower Need Deficiencies” in Life3.0. What the World Needs Now? pt3
